- Apply [5-6] coats of floor finish
Scrub/Re-coat:
- Sweep/vacuum floor
- Apply detergent solution with mop/bucket or from tank on machine
- Remove 2 coats of finish using detergent solution and slow speed floor machine
- Hand clean corners and edges
- Pick-up solution with wet vacuum
- Apply neutral rinse
- Set up fans for air movement

Burnish:

- Apply conditioner with mop/bucket, removing black heel marks when mopping

- Burnish with high speed floor machine to restore gloss
- Replace any floor rugs/mats
Spray Buff:
- Sweep/vacuum floor
- Apply neutral floor cleaner with mop/bucket, removing black heel marks when mopping
- Let surface dry
- Apply spray buff solution to small area of floor
- Buff with high speed floor machine to restore gloss
